Ross Rezaei, MOT

The owner and founder of Seven to 7 Physical and Hand Therapy Center, Ross obtained his Master’s in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern California and has been a practitioner for over ten years. He has worked for a variety of established institutions including the Centre for Hand, American Home Health, Lenox Healthcare, and USC Hand Rehabilitation Center. Through the years, Ross has obtained certifications for specialized therapy and treatment for patients who suffer from Lymphedema, arthritis, shoulder impingements, hand and elbow injuries. He is also a certified ergonomic assessment specialist. Over the years Ross has gained considerable experience in Occupational Therapy while remaining passionate about his work and dedicated to providing quality and effective treatments for his patients.


 

Pari Rezaei, DPT

The Head Physical Therapist at Seven to 7, Pari obtained her DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) degree from Loma Linda University. Over the years, Pari has accumulated a vast amount of experience in the area of Physical Therapy. She continues to strive for excellence when it comes to providing therapy for patients with a variety of complex medical conditions. In addition to her knowledge of the practice of Physical Therapy, Pari’s caring, patient, and motivating nature shines through in her practice to help her patients achieve the highest level of functional independence both at home and in public environments.

 

 

Marcelino Lacuesta, PTA

Marcelino Lacuesta is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant from the California Board of Physical Therapy. He first began his education at San Diego State University where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology. After his undergraduate he continued his education at Concorde Career College and received his PTA licensure in early 2016. Prior to working as a PTA, Marcelino was a Lead Physical Therapy Aide/Exercise Specialist for 5 years at a busy outpatient orthopedic clinic. Marcelino has both inpatient and outpatient clinical experience. In his spare time Marcelino enjoys surfing, dancing watching Raiders football and reading Harry Potter.


 

Ellie Koo, DPT, CEAS

Ellie received her undergraduate education at California State University in Fullerton where she graduated with honors. She then went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California. She has clinical experiences at various neurologic and orthopedic settings with a special interest in orthopedic, vestibular, and dance populations. Ellie is also a certified STOTT Pilates instructor and a certified ergonomic assessment specialist. Ellie is passionate about health and fitness and enjoys spending time volunteering with local church organizations, hiking in beautiful landscapes, as well as dancing and playing the guitar. Ellie strives to help her patients understand their conditions and improve their quality of life.


 

Ryan Rodina, PTA

Ryan has been a PTA (physical therapist assistant) for over a year following graduation from Concorde Career College and also holds a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside. He uses his background in psychology to help patients not only overcome the physical aspect of their ailments, but with the mental aspect of recovery as well. He also does home health physical therapy in the greater Orange County. When he is not treating his patients Ryan enjoys playing soccer, conquering various mud runs and physical challenges, and traveling the globe.


 

Sarah Matthew, DPT

Sarah completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Minor in Human Development from California State University, Long Beach in 2009. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Western University of Health Sciences in 2014. Her clinical experience includes Outpatient Orthopedic, Neurological, and Vestibular Physical Therapy. Her treatment technique is creative and challenging for each patient. She enjoys working with wide age groups from adolescent to geriatric populations. She is a compassionate health care provider, who treats her patient as a whole rather than a diagnosis through patience, teamwork, and evidence-based practice. Sarah is a certified APTA Clinical Instructor, LSVT BIG clinician, and Scroth-Barcelona C1 Certified Physical Therapist.

Arturo Rodriguez, DPT

Art received his Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences from California State University-Fullerton in 2011. He went on to complete his Doctorate of Physical Therapy Program at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, CA in December of 2017. Art has clinical experience in outpatient sports orthopedics, geriatric, pediatric population, and skilled nursing backgrounds. He utilizes different approaches, such as Paris and McKenzie, to treat the limitations presented by each patient. Art is currently in the process of completing the FIFA Diploma of Sports Medicine, in hopes to further advance his understanding on managing and treating common sports related injuries, specifically from soccer. Art's main goal as a physical therapist is to help patients return to the activities they enjoy, while inspiring them to remain active in the years following treatment.

 

 

Tara Winter, DPT

Tara received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from San Diego State University before going on to pursue her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of St. Augustine in San Marcos, California. She has always had an interest in movement and the human body as a whole. Throughout school, she also deepened her passion for wellness, nutrition and health.
Tara has experience working with a variety of patient populations including those with orthopedic issues and vestibular deficits. She emphasizes a holistic treatment approach with integration of mind-body balance. With a strong manual therapy background, she favors integrating movement science with hands-on techniques to improve patient movement patterns.
She values lifelong learning and professional development. In 2018, Tara received her Pilates Teaching Certification from the esteemed BASI Pilates program. She enjoys integrating Pilates  philosophy into the rehabilitation setting and continues to seek new knowledge in order to employ a multi-modal approach to better suit the individualistic needs of each person. She believes that physical therapy can be the catalyst to improve a person’s life through movement, science, and optimism.
Tara was born and raised in Orange County. Like a true California native, she enjoys spending time in the sun, traveling, getting together with her family, and cooking.
